A 17-year-old girl named Chelsea Clark is seeking a restraining order on the grounds that Jenner has been harassing her over the last three years. Jenner used to date Smith, but Clark claims he actually wanted to be in a relationship with her, allegedly leading Jenner to embark on a major feud. Clark claims she received threatening social media messages and phone calls, during one of which Jenner supposedly warned, “Leave my boyfriend alone cause you will never be like me.”
Clark alleges Jenner declared “war” and had people follow her, and further accuses the reality star of being indirectly behind a car accident that left her with a back injury.
And Jenner’s camp tells TMZ that they’ve “never heard” of Clark.
