Dynamic Minds League, a concert organizers based in Anambra state, has dragged Runtown and his label boss, Dilly Umenyiora to court over what they describe as breach of contract.
Dynamic Minds League in a lawsuit filled against the singer at the Lagos State High Court, claim they booked him to perform at their annual Harmattan Carnival in Anambra state on New Years Day this year but he failed to show up after being paid his full performance fee upfront.
After various attempts to secure a refund from Runtown and his management failed, the organisers have been left with no choice but to file a lawsuit, demanding an apology, a refund of his performance fee, logistics costs and damages.
Runtown and his management are yet to speak on the lawsuit.
