The Nasarawa State Police Command has paraded a suspected human trafficker arrested for abducting a 3-year-old boy.
Spokesperson of the command, ASP Ramhan Nansel, said the suspect, Rifkatu Kuraga, was arrested and the victim was rescued after a complaint was lodged at Garaku Divisional Police Headquarters on November 25.
The suspect has confessed to the commission of the offence while effort is ongoing to arrest the prophetess still at large." he added.
The Commissioner of Police, CP Adesina Soyemi has directed that the suspect be transferred to State Criminal Investigation Department, Lafia for a more exhaustive investigation.
